Manufacturing Engineer Manager (M/F)
VOTRE MISSION
Designing & Optimizing manufacturing methods / processes / toolings to the benefit of the Operations department.
You plan and lead overall engineering activities to ensure optimal operations and plant productivity by maintaining quality standards of products. So, you lead the installation projects to ensure they are completed on-time, within budget, and according to customer requirements.
You control the engineering activities and technical operations to ensure that operations meet quality and production objectives. You ensure also that costs, safety and performance are observed and that time schedules are met.
You provide technical advice during the most significant or critical sales negotiations.
VOTRE PROFIL
Civil/Mechanical/Industrial Engineer, you have minimum five yearsexperience in manufacturing engineering. A continuous improvement experience (Lean, ACE…) with the ability to develop and implement standard work is an asset.
Spoken and written English/ French.

- Good command of Engineering principles, manufacturing, production technologies, material technologies.

- Strong planning & organizational skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Project Management
